Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. After processing, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $6 is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $89 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we are unable to offer these shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our business!
RETURN POLICY
Here at Lit Wickz & Crystals we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your Lit Wickz & Crystals product, please contact our Customer Care team at info@litwickzandcrystals.com within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can address your concern as soon as possible. At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern, damaged or incorrect item(s) along with your order number in the email. Any refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the purchase within approximately 3-10 business days depending on your bank. If you have any concerns, please contact us for help. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our team.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
I received my tracking number today, but there are no updates, what can I do?
The tracking information is usually updated with the carrier within 24-48 hours
What should I do if my item is damaged in transit?
If your package arrives damaged, please email info@litwickzandcrystals.com immediately. We ask that you include photos of the shipping box and the damaged item(s) in your email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced ASAP at no cost to you. If the item is unable to be replaced, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item.
Is local pick-up available?
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront to allow us to offer local pick up.
Should I trim the wick after burning?
YES! After the candle has cooled down, please trim your wick to about a 3/16 “or 5mm. Wooden Wicks burn best with frequent attention to keeping your wick to the right length. Burn times will be increased with proper care. Trimming the wick too low will prevent the candle from burning properly.
Can I apply a discount code to a previous order?
No. Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
When should I discard/ stop burning my candle?
When there is approximately 1/2” of wax left on the bottom of your candle you should discontinue use.
Why is there smoke or soot coming from my candle?
While Coconut Apricot wax does not emit toxic soot, you may see soot begin to accumulate on the
container if the wick is too long, and not trimmed after each burn. There is a draft around your candle, or the candle has been burning for an extended period of time.
Why is my candle tunneling?
When a candle tunnels, it is likely that the candle has not been burning long enough for the wax to pool from edge to edge.
Tip: If the candle has begun to tunnel, burn the candle for 3-4 hours to allow the candle to self-correct. Continue to burn in 3-4 hour increments until the candle self- corrects. DO NOT burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
What are your wicks made of?
Wooden wicks are made from FSC Certified Wood, hand-crafted, Eco-friendly, clean burning + made in the USA. (www.woodenwick.com/patents)
Are your fragrance oils safe?
All of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free, paraben free, cruelty-free, mutagen free, and adhere to IFRA standards for safety and purity.
What wax do you use?
We use a custom blend of natural apricot and coconut - natural, sustainable, vegan, and Phthalate and Paraben free. You can expect an even and long-lasting burn from our candles.
Is your wax vegan?
The wax we use in our candles and melts are gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate free and cruelty-free, making it vegan-friendly! It also, comes from renewable sources!
